Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) seeks an Environmental Project Manager or Senior Environmental Project Manager in our Central Region to join our St. Paul, MN team.

This hybrid role blends technical project work with client coordination, team leadership, and regulatory compliance across site investigations, remediation design, and reporting. The ideal candidate has a degree in geology, engineering, or environmental science, 5+ years in environmental consulting, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years environmental consulting experience.
• Professional certification (EIT, GIT, PE, PG, LEP, LSP, CHMM) a plus.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Construction Safety certification a plus.
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER training is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental projects, site characterization, remedial designs, and reports.
• Oversee site investigations, risk assessment, and remediation for soil, groundwater, sediments.
• Apply MPCA regulations across programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop scopes of work, schedules, costs, and health and safety plans under RCRA/CERCLA.
• Drive projects forward and build relationships with clients, regulators, and subcontractors.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and coordinate subcontractors.
• Support emergency response as technical resources.
