Job summary

Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is seeking a Mid-level Environmental, Health and Safety Consultant for the San Francisco Bay Area. The role supports clients in managing and implementing EHS programs, including management systems, written programs, ergonomics, training, and IH.

Remote work is offered with ~30% travel. The successful candidate will have 7+ years in EHS projects, strong regulatory knowledge, and certifications such as ASP/CSP/CIH are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing Environmental, Health & Safety projects.
• Deep understanding of Federal OSHA, EPA, CALOSHA, CALEPA and local EHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Conduct EHS compliance audits and inspections.
• Develop and implement risk assessment tools and EHS programs.
• Develop EHS policies and programs aligned with client priorities and regulations.
• Create EHS training content and conduct trainings (e.g., New Employee Orientation).
• Serve as EHS representative for site projects and review MoC forms.
• Assist with incident management and corrective actions.
• Work with EHS team to perform ergonomic assessments and IH surveys.
