EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC is seeking a senior Environmental Engineer or Geologist to lead CERCLA investigations and remediation on complex projects across the Central and Western United States.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, client engagement, and project management with mining-related exposure preferred. 8+ years of experience required and a strong background in environmental investigations and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CERCLA project experience is required.
• Experience leading environmental investigations, remediation, and construction-phase actions.
• Strong client-facing skills including business development and proposal support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for environmental investigations, remedial designs, and construction projects under CERCLA frameworks.
• Lead soil and groundwater remediation efforts and field investigations.
• Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary project teams ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality technical reports and regulatory submittals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
