Job summary

WSB is seeking an experienced Environmental Senior Consultant in Boise to lead CERCLA/RCRA environmental projects. The role focuses on managing site investigations, remediation design, and regulatory compliance while guiding junior staff and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The position emphasizes client relationship management, proposal development, and delivering defensible, data-driven solutions across groundwater, soil, and air programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting or regulatory experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience leading CERCLA, Brownfields, environmental investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversee project delivery.
• Lead CERCLA, RCRA, Brownfields projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets and staffing plans.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory submittals.
• Review deliverables for quality and regulatory adherence.
• Support client reviews of environmental docs and data interpretations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Analyze environmental data to craft defensible solutions.
• Support sampling and monitoring programs.
• Drive business development and proposal efforts.
• Mentor junior staff and promote collaboration and accountability.
