You will supervise junior scientists and engineers and lead work on Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, subsurface investigations, and remediation projects. Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience
- PE or PG license a plus
- Experience with Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I & II) for real estate transactions; ASTM E1527-21 training a plus
- Working knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations (e.g., RCRA, CERCLA, CWA)
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise project work for environmental services (Phase I/II ESAs, subsurface investigations, remediation)
- Mentor staff and foster technical development
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate findings to clients and make recommendations
- Coordinate with clients, regulators, and contractors to advance projects
