Qualifications

Are you a skilled Environmental Scientist or Assistant Project Manager with expertise in environmental site assessments, field sampling, and technical report writing? Join our fast-paced, collaborative team and lead environmental consulting projects that drive growth and impact across Pennsylvania.

We are seeking a full-time Environmental Professional with strong project management, regulatory compliance, and client-facing skills to support and expand our operations. This is a strategic opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in geology, environmental science, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in line with ASTM standards
  • Perform soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling with chain of custody documentation
  • Prepare technical reports for site investigations and remediation activities
  • Write daily field reports documenting environmental fieldwork and site observations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with PADEP standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely, accurate project delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental consulting, site investigation, or remediation projects
  • Strong knowledge of PADEP regulations, sampling protocols, and site characterization
  • Proficiency in technical writing, data interpretation, and report generation
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification (Required)
  • Additional certifications in GIS, environmental risk assessment, or project management (preferred)
