Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to join our Pittsburgh, PA team.

You will lead project work including Phase I/II ESAs, subsurface investigations, UST closures, and soil management plans, while coordinating with engineers, geologists, and technical specialists. You will manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, grow client relationships, and participate in business development.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor's degree in environmental field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments.
• ASTM E1527-21 training is a plus.
• Experience writing environmental site assessment reports and interpreting data.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania Act 2 Program and Fill Policy is a plus.
• Experience collecting environmental samples and reviewing labs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Perform Phase I and Phase II ESAs and related investigations.
• Oversee subsurface investigations, UST closures, and soil management plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and technicians on project teams.
• Travel for work-related assignments as required.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
