Job summary

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Senior Project Manager/Principal in the Pittsburgh area.

You will manage current clients and develop new business, lead project teams on environmental services, and provide senior direction on projects across real estate, oil & gas, public sector, and manufacturing sectors. You will oversee proposals, budgets, schedules, QA, and safety compliance, while mentoring staff and driving business development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting with at least 10 years in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental fields as listed.
• P.E. or PG is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regs (RCRA, CERCLA, CWA).
• Experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage current clients and develop new business.
• Lead project teams on environmental assessments, subsurface investigations, remediation, and permitting.
• Provide senior direction and QA on project deliverables.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules; ensure safety compliance.
• Drive business development and maintain client relationships.
