Qualifications
- Requires degree in Ecology, Biology, Agricultural Sciences, Soil Science, Environmental Science, Geology or related discipline.
- 15+ years of ecological project leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of permits, NEPA, and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Guide and manage local office operations and regional ecological needs.
- Lead field work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and client specifications.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development.
- Oversee subcontractor/vendor coordination and resource management.
