Job summary

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) seeks a Senior Project Manager or Principal to lead its Environmental Practice in the Athens, PA office.

The role involves directing projects, mentoring staff, and developing proposals while expanding services in the region. You will assemble and lead teams for complex projects, oversee site characterization, due diligence, permitting, and reporting, and provide senior leadership to project teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Geology, Environmental Science, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or similar field.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Professional license (PG, P.E., or LSRP) preferred.
• Experience managing projects including scopes, costs, contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ability to supervise and mentor technical staff.
• Business development and client management in relevant sectors.
• Strong communication across staff, clients, and regulators.
