Job summary

Netpace seeks an Environmental Senior Project Manager in Sharon, MA to lead complex site investigations, remediation projects and client relationships. You will manage budgets, schedules, field teams, and regulatory compliance across MA and surrounding states.

The role requires 12+ years in environmental projects, licensure or track towards licensure, strong technical writing, and travel willingness. Occasional proposals, meetings, and mentoring of junior staff are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years of environmental investigation/remediation project experience.
• B.S. or M.S. in Environmental/Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology.
• Professional licensing (P.E., LSP, LEP, LSRP, LRS, QEP, P.G., AI, other) or track to licensing within 1–2 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead teams.
• Willingness to travel locally and within the eastern United States.
• HAZWOPER 8-hour and 40-hour training and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects addressing client needs in Site Investigation (Phase I/II), Feasibility Assessments.
• Remedial Design (Phase IV, IV, LRA, IRA, RAM) and Remedial Construction management.
• Project management, budgeting, scheduling, and field staff coordination.
• Construction permitting (NPDES RGP, Conservation filings, SWPPP, SPCC).
• Client liaison, networking and proposal development participation.
• Mentor junior engineers, scientists, and technicians.
