Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking an Environmental Project Manager (5-8 years) to lead site investigation and remediation projects.

You will transition from field work to independent management of small-to-mid-size programs while backing senior PMs on larger efforts. Ideal candidates will oversee field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of environmental consulting experience focusing on site investigation and remediation.
• Experience with state environmental regulations in New England preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Current 40-hour HAZWOPER training and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage small-to-mid-size environmental projects to meet technical, regulatory, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to align with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and review technical reports and regulatory submittals.
• Track project schedules and financial performance, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Support proposals, cost estimating, and work plans; assist with change orders.
