Job summary

KLJ is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager in Minnesota to lead Phase I and Phase II ESAs, petroleum leak investigations, construction monitoring, asbestos assessments, and related regulatory tasks. You will guide project teams, ensure deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires a four-year degree in geology, engineering or environmental fields and 7+ years of relevant experience, with travel willingness and solid multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in geology, engineering or environmental field.
• 7+ years of relevant post-education experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate motorized vehicles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to multitask in a team environment.
• In-depth understanding of Phase I & II ESAs and related environmental assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and remediation projects.
• Prepare/review scopes of services, budgets, schedules, and final reports with QA/QC.
• Mentor team members and serve as a resource to the department.
• Coordinate client management activities and meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with KLJ safety and quality standards.
