Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Environmental Scientist / Project Manager to support the Great Lakes Regional remediation team in the Twin Cities, MN area. The role combines project management, client engagement, technical reporting, and 20% fieldwork across soil, groundwater, and vapor investigations.

You will lead Phase I/II ESAs, manage client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor field teams while coordinating with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; 7–10 years preferred.
• PE or PG license preferred.
• Current 40-Hr HAZWOPER training required.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and agencies.
• Lead Phase I/II ESAs for soil, vapor, and groundwater.
• Lead remediation projects and prepare technical reports.
