Job summary

Atlas, a leading environmental and infrastructure consulting firm, seeks a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead Industrial Hygiene and Building Science projects across Eastern New England and beyond. You will manage mold, asbestos, lead, and indoor air quality programs, oversee staff, and drive proposals, budgets, and client communications with a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience in Building Science/Industrial Hygiene, a BA/BS, a valid

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in Building Science/Industrial Hygiene.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience supervising others and managing client relationships.
• Experience with asbestos, mold, lead paint and industrial hygiene projects required.
• Knowledge of AHERA, NESHAP, OSHA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage mold, asbestos, lead, indoor air quality, and Building Science projects.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to all levels of the organization.
• Oversee junior staff, subcontractors, and multiple projects.
• Interact with clients, contractors, and regulatory agency representatives professionally.
• Prepare budgets, technical proposals, and reports with QA/QC.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Operate and maintain testing equipment (air-sampling pumps, real-time air monitors, moisture meters).
• Abide by Atlas health and safety policies and procedures.
