Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager for its Industrial Hygiene/Building Science practice. You will lead projects addressing hazardous materials and indoor air quality, from proposals through reporting, across the Eastern New England region and nationwide.

You’ll mentor staff, manage budgets, and interact with clients and regulatory agencies. A decade of PM experience in this field is preferred, with strong leadership and compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years as Project Manager in Building Science/Industrial Hygiene.
• Accomplished Client Manager with at least 5 years managing clients.
• Experience supervising others/direct reports preferred.
• Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of AHERA, NESHAP, OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage mold, asbestos, lead, indoor air quality and other Building Science projects.
• Provide leadership, training and support to all levels of the organization.
• Oversee junior staff, subcontractors and multiple projects.
• Interact with clients, contractors and regulatory representatives professionally.
• Prepare budgets, proposals and reports with QA/QC.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
