Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years as a Project Manager in Building Science/Industrial Hygiene.
- Experience managing clients (at least 5 years).
- Supervisory experience of staff and subcontractors preferred.
- Experience with asbestos, mold, lead paint and industrial hygiene projects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Manage mold, asbestos, lead and indoor air quality projects.
- Provide leadership and training across the organization.
- Oversee junior staff and multiple projects.
- Communicate with clients, contractors and regulators.
- Prepare budgets, proposals, reports and QA/QC.
