- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning or related field.
- 15+ years of progressively responsible environmental planning and project delivery experience.
- Experience managing CEQA and NEPA projects.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with federal, state, local environmental laws and agency coordination.
- Client management, project management, and business development experience.
Responsibilities
- Direct large, complex environmental planning and compliance projects across water and infrastructure.
- Serve as Program Manager, Project Director, or Senior Project Manager for high-profile projects.
- Lead permitting and compliance under CEQA and NEPA.
- Mentor environmental professionals and build high-performing teams.
- Grow client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
