Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in progressive leadership roles overseeing planning and environmental professionals.
Experience supervising staff and leading CEQA/NEPA projects in California.
Strong communication and client relationship skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead Environmental Planning team to grow California market share.
Reestablish industry contacts and build a steady pipeline and backlog.
Manage environmental compliance for CEQA/NEPA documents.
Oversee staff development and ensure high-quality proposals and work product.
Coordinate complex multi-agency planning efforts and budgeting.
