Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in the environmental field with at least five years in environmental consulting.
• Knowledge of California and federal permit requirements, including CEQA and NEPA.
• Experience planning, permitting, and supporting maintenance of linear infrastructure.
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental planning and permitting projects for linear infrastructure.
• Oversee environmental permits, technical reports, work plans, and memoranda.
• Develop execution strategies for planning and permitting projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with biologists, archaeologists, and other disciplines and manage budgets.
