HDR, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Senior Environmental Professional to support environmental permitting for power transmission and generation projects in the Western U.S.

You will work with the Colorado team to guide projects through the NEPA process and prepare technical reports. The role requires at least 10 years in environmental planning, strong writing and communication skills, and a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Support environmental permitting for power transmission and generation projects.
• Prepare permits and guide projects through the NEPA process.
• Collaborate with resource specialists, engineering teams and clients to identify project needs.
• Develop and screen project alternatives and assess environmental and social impacts; prepare technical reports.
