Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years air permitting experience
• Experience with PSD and NSR preferred
• Strong organizational and safety focus

Responsibilities

• Lead air permitting analysis and application development for natural gas fired power generation
• Scope new opportunities and evaluate permitting pathways across multiple states
• Assess permitting risks and advise on mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with operations to define permit conditions and compliance approaches
• Maintain and improve environmental processes and policies
• Coordinate environmental planning and cost estimates, including air modeling impact assessments
• Mentor others and engage with industry associations and environmental communities
• Lead high-risk projects and develop execution strategies
