Job summary

Williams is seeking an Environmental Specialist III or IV in Wyoming to provide technical expertise and regulatory guidance for permitting and compliance across assets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with four or more years of environmental experience for Specialist III.
• Bachelor's degree required with eight or more years of environmental experience for Specialist IV.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state environmental permitting processes including NEPA, FERC, CWA, ESA, NHPA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with federal, state, local regulatory agencies for permitting and compliance.
• Lead environmental permitting activities, including permit applications, studies, and regulatory documents.
• Interpret environmental regulations to support project development, construction, and operations.
• Evaluate environmental risks, conduct audits and due diligence, and recommend mitigations.
• Provide technical leadership in environmental regulation and permitting programs.
