Qualifications

• BS Environmental Engineering (required)
• PE license required; LSRP preferred
• 15-20 years of experience overseeing environmental studies and permits on complex transportation projects
• 10-15 years of project management on large-scale NE transportation projects
• Strong reputation and long-term relationships with resource, regulatory, and transportation agencies
• Active involvement with professional organizations at regional/national level

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams on environmental and infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage environmental permitting and compliance, ensuring regulatory progress.
• Oversee NEPA reviews and various state/federal permits including Waterfront Development and CAFRA.
• Build client, transportation agency, and regulator relationships at local, state, and federal levels.
• Serve as strategic advisor helping clients navigate environmental challenges to deliver projects on time.
