Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related degree.
• Minimum 15 years of experience.
• PE license is required
• New Jersey LSRP a plus
• OSHA 40-hour certification with a current 8-hour refresher
• Strong hydrogeological skills and business development track record.
• Ability to evaluate subsurface data and predict pollutant movement.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic direction for site investigation/remediation and implement environmental projects.
• Negotiate with regulatory agencies and manage compliance with orders and permits.
• Assign tasks to engineers, scientists, technicians, and staff.
• Interact with clients in the field, meetings, and conference calls.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of work, including scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead proposals and manage budgets and deadlines.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and field sampling oversight.
