Qualifications

• BS Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
• Professional licenses/certifications desired, including PG, LSRP.
• 15-20 years of experience overseeing the execution of environmental technical studies and permitting tasks for complex transportation projects.
• 10-15 years of project management experience on large scale transportation projects in the NE region.
• Strong reputation and long-term relationships with resource, regulatory, and transportation agencies.
• Active involvement with professional organizations at the regional and national level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of multiple environmental disciplines on large scale transportation projects and interact with designers and contractors involved in project development and construction.
• Supervise staff necessary to complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Coordinate project activities with client and project team and consult with regulatory agencies.
• Lead proposal preparation, contract review and execution, and manage project activities with a focus on quality delivery and scope/budget/schedule adherence.
• Perform reviews of permit documents, plans and technical studies and develop project execution strategies.
