Job summary

Patriot Environmental Services in Sparks, NV is seeking a qualified Supervisor to lead field crews in spills, remediation and environmental projects. You will ensure safety, manage daily operations, prepare timesheets and reports, and liaise with clients and regulators while coordinating resources on site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in environmental services, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and a 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL license preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in related industry.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred (training available).
• All applicants must pass pre-employment screening including drug/alcohol test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure worksite by following safety protocols.
• Supervise work crews at spills, projects and job sites.
• Work with Senior Management on project delivery.
• Prepare timesheets, work summaries, and manifests.
• Prepare waste for shipment and delivery.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
• Liaise with customers and regulatory agencies.
• Support management and marketing with presentations and sales initiatives.
• Develop new business and service lines as required.
• Respond to emergency response incidents 24/7 as needed.
