Job summary

Patriot Environmental Services is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead field crews on environmental, remediation, and industrial projects. You will oversee safety, allocate resources, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.

Applicants should have 10–15+ years of supervisory experience, a valid license, and familiarity with CRM tools. CDL preferred; position is on-site with competitive benefits and pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 10-15+ years of supervisory experience for multiple crews in Environmental/Remediation/Industrial Services.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow all safety policies.
• Manage day-to-day activities of field crews on planned projects and Emergency Response events.
• Develop work plans and coordinate with Dispatcher for manpower and resources.
• Provide training to field employees and monitor progress and quality of work.
• Ensure project completion within budget and on schedule.
