Job summary

Patriot Environmental Services is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead field crews in environmental services across the Western United States. The role emphasizes safety, timely project execution, and adherence to regulatory requirements in high-risk environments.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of supervisory experience, a 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, and strong communication skills to coordinate with customers and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, required.
• Incident Command System experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure worksite by following safety protocols.
• Develop work plans and coordinate with the Dispatcher for manpower and resources.
• Supervise field crews and monitor safety and quality of work.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet contractual obligations and approve change orders.
• Lead incident response and 24/7 standby as required.
• Assess hazards and mitigate risks on site.
• Gather data for timesheets, logs, and reports.
• Procure equipment and manage time, materials, and personnel on-site.
• Support management with presentations and sales initiatives.
