Kane Selection Ltd is seeking a senior commercial leader to take ownership of its Environmental Equipment division across Illinois and Iowa. The role combines strategic growth with hands-on leadership to expand sales, rentals and aftermarket opportunities.

The successful candidate will build a clear growth strategy, develop major accounts, and work closely with sales, parts, service and rental teams while maintaining a strong field presence across the Midwest.

Qualifikationen

• Senior salesperson or divisional manager with experience in environmental/industrial equipment.
• Proven track record of growing a territory, product line, or business unit.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Good technical understanding of equipment applications and customer requirements.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field and Midwest coverage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver the growth strategy for the Environmental division across Illinois and Iowa.
• Increase equipment sales, rentals and associated aftermarket opportunities.
• Develop new customers and strengthen key existing accounts.
• Support demonstrations, quotations, negotiations and equipment applications.
• Work closely with parts, service and rental teams to maximise customer support and commercial opportunities.
• Monitor market activity, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Provide senior leadership with clear reporting on performance, pipeline, challenges and growth opportunities.
• Help shape the future direction of the division as it expands.
