Job summary

MH Equipment Company is seeking a Director of Operations to provide high-level strategic vision and leadership across Central Region Illinois Branches (East Peoria, Decatur, Ottawa). You will drive disciplined execution of the vision for Service, Parts and Rental while collaborating with Sales and other groups.

You will analyze performance using BI dashboards, maintain strong cross-functional relationships, and guide branch strategic plans, budgeting, and staffing. Travel to branches is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by embracing the Company Vision, Mission and Values.
• Utilize Power BI dashboards and BI reports to analyze performance trends and manage performance.
• Maintain relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Develop and execute regional and branch operating plans using ERP and BI insights.
• Assist with branch annual operating plans and organizational structuring.
• Communicate performance trends and strategic updates regularly with dashboards.
