Job summary
Tradebe Environmental Services seeks a Director of Sales for the Midwest to lead regional business development and a team of six Account Managers. You will report to the EVP of Sales and drive strategic plans to exceed targets while guiding account penetration and CRM-driven performance across the region.
You will implement sales strategies, mentor the team, and coordinate with National and Regional Managers to deliver growth, customer value, and market expansion in a fast-paced environmental
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; other relevant experience considered.
- Minimum ten years in the environmental service industry.
- Minimum five years in a sales management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet targets.
- Present value proposition to key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Coordinate strategic account penetration with sales teams and managers.
- Oversee daily activities of the regional sales team to meet goals.
- Report KPIs to senior management and identify improvements.
- Conduct territory reviews and manage pipeline via CRM systems.
- Collaborate with National/Regional Account Managers for joint sales calls.
- Contribute to bid and proposal strategies aligned with business objectives.
