Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Technical Manager, Environmental Engineer to lead SIR projects from our Durham, NC office. You will drive client development, project delivery, and multi-site remediation strategies across sectors in a collaborative, hybrid work model.

The role emphasizes leadership, growth, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and client experience, with travel to client sites as needed within the Carolinas region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PE license in NC with ability to obtain others as needed.
• 10+ years of related experience with business development and project delivery.
• Proven ability to write proposals, capture strategy, and win work across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental investigation and remediation projects for Federal, Industrial, Commercial, and Transportation sectors.
• Develop and manage client relationships and capture plans to grow revenue.
• Drive sales growth while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Mentor staff and promote accountability, collaboration, and team growth.
• Collaborate across disciplines and geographies to deliver integrated solutions.
