Responsibilities include evaluating environmental problems, designing treatment systems, collecting data, and collaborating with operations and engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on cost-effective, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate environmental problems and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Design, test, and implement systems for clean water, wastewater treatment, air pollution control, and waste management.
• Ensure projects and facilities comply with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations, and help obtain necessary permits.
• Collect and analyze environmental data to monitor pollution levels, assess environmental impacts, and inform project planning.
• Interact closely with operations, maintenance, engineering and process control personnel in the accomplishment of assigned tasks.
• Environmental review of trial plans for process changes and chemical trials.
