The ideal candidate holds a related engineering degree and 0–4 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. On-site work is required; drivers license and work authorization in the U.S. are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, environmental, civil engineering or related field.
• 0–4 years in process or environmental engineering.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license.
• Experience using typical office and design software.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and support mill safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and permits.
• Manage environmental programs, records, audits, and agency reporting.
• Evaluate mill systems and new equipment to ensure environmental compliance.
• Identify issues, develop corrective actions, and coordinate with operations and regulators.
• Support training, procedures, and continuous improvement efforts.
