Terracon in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the Environmental Engineering practice. This role offers a leadership path for an experienced environmental engineer to support and advance our growing practice.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Regional Environmental Manager, applying technical expertise, mentoring staff, and driving the Texas division's environmental engineering growth through client collaboration and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 8–11 years of experience in environmental engineering.
• PE licensure in Texas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental site investigations and prepare technical reports.
• Develop plans, specifications, and conduct site observations.
• Design environmental systems and remediation strategies.
• Assess risk, prepare permit applications, and communicate with clients.
• Mentor staff and promote safety on projects.
