Terracon in Dallas‑Fort Worth is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead our Environmental Engineering practice. This role offers an opportunity to guide projects and mentor staff while expanding the Texas division's environmental capabilities.

The successful candidate will manage environmental site assessments, risk analyses, and remediation designs, working with clients and project teams to deliver compliant, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–11 years of experience in environmental engineering.
• PE registration in Texas preferred; state licensure desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental engineering projects and mentor team members.
• Perform and oversee environmental site investigations and analyses.
• develop plans, specifications, and permit applications.
• Communicate complex concepts to clients and project teams.
• Identify risk mitigation strategies compliant with regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory correspondence.
• Support business growth in the Texas Division.
