S&ME Inc. in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to lead environmental projects and mentor a team of engineers and geologists. You will coordinate clients, plan budgets, and deliver high-quality investigations and remediation work.

The role combines office and field work with opportunities to grow client connections and advance within a collaborative, hard-working environment. A PE license and 10+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive environmental engineering experience.
• NC PE license or reciprocity able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental projects from planning through delivery.
• Mentor and supervise a team of engineers and geologists.
• Manage client coordination, budgets, and technical documentation.
• Develop scopes and cost proposals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.
