Job summary

Trinity Consultants Engineering & EHS Workforce Solutions in Philadelphia seeks a senior environmental engineer to lead air permitting, reporting, and compliance programs. The role oversees CEMS/RATA testing, ensures regulatory adherence, and manages relationships with site contractors and regulatory agencies.

The candidate should have a BS in Engineering or Science (Chemical Engineering preferred) with at least ten years in refining or petrochemical industries, and strong report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Engineering or Science, Chemical Engineer preferred.
• A high degree of auditing and data review is required.
• Proficiency with data handling tools, data historian, process variable, and calculations.
• A minimum of ten years of relevant environmental experience in refining, petrochemical or chemical industry.
• Experience with air regulations, including PSD/NSR, CAA, NESHAP, MACT.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals is required.
• The position involves rotational on-call responsibilities.
