Job summary

Trinity Consultants Engineering & EHS Workforce Solutions in Philadelphia seeks a senior environmental engineer to lead air permitting, reporting, and compliance programs. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Engineering or Science, Chemical Engineer preferred.
  • A high degree of auditing and data review is required.
  • Proficiency with data handling tools, data historian, process variable, and calculations.
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant environmental experience in refining, petrochemical or chemical industry.
  • Experience with air regulations, including PSD/NSR, CAA, NESHAP, MACT.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals is required.
  • The position involves rotational on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage facility air permitting, reporting, compliance, and recordkeeping.
  • Ensure that all control, monitoring, record keeping, and reporting requirements related to the area of responsibility are satisfied.
  • Manage Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEMS) and RATA testing.
  • Oversee site contractors and develop and maintain good working relationships with regulatory agencies.
  • Timely preparation and submission of required reports, with coordinated input from relevant areas of expertise is necessary.
