Atlas is seeking a Senior Environmental Compliance Manager to lead environmental compliance for complex transportation and infrastructure projects in the Redmond, WA area.

You will oversee compliance with permits, regulatory requirements, and environmental commitments across design-build and progressive design-build delivery, working closely with Sound Transit, WSDOT, contractors, inspectors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, natural resources or related field.
• 10 years of construction phase environmental compliance experience, preferably on WSDOT/Sound Transit projects.
• CPESC, PWS or similar certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage environmental compliance programs for Sound Transit, WSDOT and local agency transportation projects.
• Interpret and implement environmental permits, approvals and commitments for complex capital projects.
• Conduct site inspections and environmental monitoring, and provide training for field staff.
• Develop and manage Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs) and permit tracking.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies during construction and mentor junior staff.
