Job summary

Terracon is seeking an experienced regulatory compliance professional to join our Nashville-based team. The role focuses on leading environmental compliance projects, developing client relationships, and delivering high-quality reports and deliverables.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of regulatory compliance experience, a strong technical background, and be capable of guiding local market initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations, applications, plans, reports, proposals, and other deliverables
• Manage project tasks to ensure quality and timeliness
• Understand the local and regional market
• Develop strong working relationships with clients
• Develop proposals in response to RFPs and client requests
• Participate in the development of local and regional marketing strategies
• Support safety efforts to promote safety rules and guidelines
• Evaluate problems and develop practical solutions that enable our clients to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulations
