Job summary

SOCOTEC is expanding its Building Envelope services to California, particularly the Bay Area, seeking a Senior Associate (licensed engineer or architect). The role reports to a regional leader and drives envelope projects from proposal through delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and client communication.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of envelope experience, a CA license (Architect or PE), and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering required.
• ,CA licensed architect or PE required in CA; license must be current.
• Experience in building envelope projects with ability to interpret drawings and codes.
