Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Entitlements Manager in the United States to supervise all entitlements for new residential communities. You will coordinate with local agencies, internal teams and consultants to secure permits, maps and approvals while aligning with development timelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in entitlement processes, strong analytical and writing skills, and experience with public agencies. This role requires occasional field presence at job sites and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in community entitlement and homebuilding process.
• Background with public agencies preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, urban design, business, engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all entitlement, plan approvals and permits for new residential communities.
• Coordinate with agencies, internal departments and consultants to meet schedules.
• Ensure development applications and approvals align with entitlement requirements.
• Supervise consultants and manage entitlement contracts.
• Support due diligence for land acquisitions and liaise with external partners.
