Lennar USA seeks an Entitlements Manager to lead all aspects of entitlements for new residential communities, ensuring timely plan approvals and permits. You will coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants and drive schedules to align with development goals.

This role requires strong analytical and writing skills, five years in entitlement processes, and a valid driver’s license. Office-based with site presence, it includes collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in community entitlement and homebuilding processes.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, urban design, business, engineering or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and writing capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines concurrently.
• Team player and receptive to feedback.

Responsabilités

• Direct all aspects of obtaining entitlements, plan approvals and permits for new residential communities, including documents, maps and agency presentations.
• Execute on tight entitlement and development/construction schedules.
• Coordinate input from division executives on site and architectural design.
• Obtain permits from local jurisdictions to support land development and home building operations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, landscape architects, soils and environmental engineers and other consultants.
• Manage entitlement contracts with outside consultants and assist in due diligence for potential land acquisitions.
• Support Operations Department and supervise consultants and trade partners to meet approvals and schedules.
• Liaise with Lennar trade partners, consultants and agencies for resolutions.
