Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Entitlements Manager to supervise all aspects of entitlements for new residential communities, coordinating with agencies and internal teams to secure plans and permits. The role focuses on approvals, schedules, and compliance with development processes.

Responsibilities include directing entitlement documents, timelines, and consultant contracts, while aligning design input and site development with executive guidance and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in community entitlement and homebuilding process
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in construction/urban design/business/engineering or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent analytical and writing capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines concurrently
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs all aspects of obtaining entitlements, plan approvals & permits for new residential communities including all entitlement documents and plans
• Coordinate and implement input from division executives regarding site and architectural design
• Obtain all required permits from local jurisdictions in support of land development and home building operations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, landscape architects, soils and environmental engineers, and other consultants
• Coordinate and manage entitlement contract work for services by outside consultants
• Assist in due diligence efforts for potential land acquisitions
• Coordinate, schedule and supervise consultants and trade partners to ensure approvals and adherence to schedules
• Liaison between Lennar trade partners, consultants and agencies for resolutions
