Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sr. Entitlements Manager for the Savannah market to oversee all entitlement activities for new residential communities.

The role requires coordinating with agencies, consultants, and internal teams to secure plans, maps, and permits while meeting strict development schedules. Ideal candidates bring at least five years in entitlement and homebuilding, a relevant degree, and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in community entitlement and homebuilding.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred in construction management, urban design, business, engineering or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent analytical and writing capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of obtaining entitlements, plan approvals & permits for new residential communities, including documents, maps and approvals.
• Coordinate with agencies, internal departments and outside consultants to meet schedules.
• Obtain permits from local jurisdictions in support of land development and homebuilding operations.
• Coordinate and manage input from executives regarding site and architectural design.
• Liaise between Lennar trade partners, consultants and agencies for resolutions and information exchange.
• Assist in due diligence for potential land acquisitions.
• Provide support to the Operations Department.
