Job summary

Qnity in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Enterprise Voice & Microsoft Teams Rooms Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise voice and Microsoft Teams Rooms across the organization.

You will own day-to-day voice services, including Teams Phone, PSTN connectivity, dial plans, voice policies, and room management, collaborating with M365, Network Engineering, Service Desk, Facilities, and vendors to ensure reliable, secure communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline and 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Phone, SIP/VoIP, and enterprise voice in a multi-site environment.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of Microsoft Teams voice services.
• Support migration from legacy voice platforms to Teams-based voice solutions.
• Configure and support Teams Phone policies, dial plans, and numbers.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers to resolve service-impacting issues.
