Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Enterprise Voice Engineer to sustain and optimize a large-scale IP telephony network supporting the DISA mission. You will configure Cisco/Juniper routing and switching and manage voice platforms (CUCM, Unity, CUBE, Oracle SBC, Avaya Aura) to ensure secure, reliable services.

Responsibilities include fault analysis, change management, SIP signaling, QoS, and documentation, with a focus on security and performance for a DoD environment. A current Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II or equivalent (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Experience with Cisco, Avaya, or Oracle voice platforms including CUCM, Unity, CUBE, SBC and Avaya Aura Application Server.
• Expertise in SIP signaling and call flows; able to analyze and resolve complex voice network issues.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a large, complex IP voice/video/data network.
• Configure and troubleshoot voice platforms and routing/switching devices.
• Develop and document policies, procedures, and change actions for enterprise IP telephony.
• Analyze fault conditions, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions for voice services.
