Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Enterprise Voice Engineer at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL, to sustain and enhance a large, resilient IP voice and video communications network. The role covers configuration, troubleshooting, and change management across CUCM, CUBE, SBC, and related voice systems.

The candidate should have a BS (or MS) with relevant experience, DoD 8750 IAT II or equivalent, and an active Secret clearance, plus strong SIP signaling know-how and fault analysis capabilities for enterprise voice

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security+ CE or equivalent to meet requirement.
• Currently possess an active Secret security clearance.
• Experience with one or multiple Cisco, Avaya or Oracle voice platforms including CUCM, Unity, CUBE, SBC and Avaya Aura Application Server.
• Expertise in SIP signaling and call flow.
• Demonstrable experience of advanced fault analysis to isolate and diagnose network problems for routing, switching, security and large scale voice implementations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a large, complex IP voice and video communications infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot voice network elements and service components.
• Produce documentation, route plans, and device profiles.
• Analyze and resolve SIP signaling and call-flow issues.
• Perform fault analysis on voice subscribers and routing rules.
• Support distributed firewall infrastructure.
